Kevin Houstoun, Chairman
Kevin has over 20 year’s experience of working within financial markets technology including Citigroup and HSBC.Kevin helped to establish the FIX protocol in Europe. His first FIX engine was given away as a learning aid that helped many enterprises further their knowledge of FIX. Kevin is the designer of the FIX Repository for FIX Protocol Limited, Co-chairs the Global Technical Committee, and is an active member of the Global Steering Committee.
Toby Corballis, CEO
Toby has over twenty years of experience as an IT specialist in roles ranging from Developer and Programmer, to Project Manager, Entrepreneur and Business Leader. His experience of large-scale multinational strategic projects means he brings business change management, price modelling, and brand promotion expertise to Rapid Addition.
Simon Leighton-Porter, COO
Simon has worked extensively within investment banking and has extensive experience of the front office both from a business and IT perspective.Prior to joining Rapid Addition on a full-time basis he spent over 10 years with Citigroup. His product experience covers equities, fixed income and derivatives. He is also a member of the FIX Global Technical Committee and represented FIX Protocol Limited on the MiFID Joint Working Group. He also serves on a number of other industry bodies and in 2006 received the ISITC Europe Personal Contribution to Operational Efficiency Award.
Clive Browning, Chief Information Officer
Clive has written three FIX engines prior to becoming a co-founder of Rapid Addition in 2003. He is an active member of FIX Protocol Limited, co-chairs the Global Technical Committee’s FIX 5.0 Usage Subcommittee, is involved in the development of FIXT1.2 and a participant of the Implementation and Optimisation Working Group. Clive was responsible for writing the C# port of the FAST Protocol.Clive has 20 years experience in IT with 8 years hands on FIX technical and implementation experience gained whilst FIX enabling clients from the equities, bond pricing and options asset classes. His FIX experience spans both point-to-point and hub connectivity models along with the implementation of custom mappings and routing scenarios.
