RA-FIX Monitor ™

RA-FIX Monitor™ is a powerful set of tools, requiring minimal configuration, that can be used for analysing the status and details of FIX connections, using a “drill-down” approach.

Sessions are actively monitored with pre-defined groups being enabled for notification, via SMS and/or e-mail, if FIX Sessions become non-operational during Service Hours. Different groups can be assigned different Service Hours and admin users can belong to different groups, including across different machines. Having received an alert, admin users are able to log into the Monitor where they are presented with an initial screen showing the status of the FIX sessions for each of the groups to which they belong.

Each Service is presented as a row in a table, allowing users to quickly view the status of multiple services that they are authorised to view.

An icon is provided at the end of each row that can be selected by the user to allow them to drill-down and obtain more information. Users can continue drilling down until the level of the FIX message itself.
